Miscarriage now missed period ?

Question

I miscarried in July and had a D & C at the end of August. Waited the time to have sex,  had unprotected sex and now late on my period. The obvious answer is I’m pregnant , but I also feel that it could be something else ? Anyone else experience this ?

I got pregnant immediately following my 1st miscarriage. Never got a period and went on to carry her 42 weeks! She's 4 now!

I’m having similar .   
I miscarried and had d&c just over 4 weeks ago.   Was expecting period 2 days ago.    I did have unprotected sex possibly still in ovulation window.  And I got positive ovulation, I don’t think I’m pregnant, I feel today I’ve had those period kind of cramps, nothing like the little ones when I was pregnant.   But still nothing .   I don’t want to test lol. Well not just yet anyway.  I’ll give it a couple days .   But I also wondered the same thing
I would have thought after ovulating ( was a little late). I would have expected period around it’s normal time.   Who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is my experience but may not be yours. I didn't ovulate for a while after my mc. I got a positive LH strip and everything but never actually ovulated. So my "period" was a few drops of blood and not an actual period in any sense. Hopefully you're preg!

I just started my period 2 months after my D&C. I even still got positives this last week and was terrified about another pregnancy... but my period finally started so it could just be that your period is being delayed.
My doc said so close to a miscarriage you would want several quant HCG because you could get a positive without being pregnant
