** I took maca for a month, awful insomnia. But my periods became near normal and lighter. (PCOS ? Endo diagnosis) .

A fellow nurse suggested vitex. I started but I stopped because I traveled and forgot them both home. Am I yet to resume. Figured I'll utilize this forum as I enjoy reading the posts and being apart of the journeys.
