Please answer everyone 😔😔😔😔

So I'm currently 6 weeks & 5 days .... And my symptoms have died down &' it scares me because just last weeks had horrible back ache &' cramps and now my symptoms have died down .. I haven't had no bleeding or spotting ... Has this happened too anyone else this is my first baby &' I just want everything too go right 😞😞
