Body love when I can't exercise

I have a stress/avulsion fracture in my left hip (iliac crest). Basically the muscle tugs so hard on the bone it breaks a piece off.

I'm really struggling with loving my body when I can't run and work out, and my mental health is going downhill fast too because running was my outlet for pain and getting my thoughts out. Any suggestions ladies?

I've haven't been allowed to run for 3 weeks, will be out of all physical activity for at least another month, and I won't be allowed to run until January...
