Nausea & dizziness during chemical

Hi, I am currently having a chemical pregnancy and my bleeding is quite heavy. I am feeling very dizzy & nauseous, like vertigo I suppose. Is this normal? I didn’t have this with the other chemical pregnancy I had. Thanks
