Help 😭😭😭😭

So there’s a combination of things with my LO who is 11 weeks , on Monday we changed her formula from similac alimentum to enfamil gentlease for reflux reasons, she seems to be eating good and her bowel moments are normal , also on Tuesday we ended up taking her to the doctor because I suspected an ear infection and turned out she did have one so she started antibiotics and drops Tuesday night, yesterday evening starting around 4 she became so fussy ! Like she wanted to keep eating so I would give her some but I felt like she was eating way to much and I couldn’t calm her down until finnally she fell asleep at 7 this morning again she’s being super fussy, is there a leap at this week, should I go back to the old formula ? Or is that bad for her tummy? Idk what to do anymore 😭 or is it from her having an ear infection despite her being on medication since Tuesday please I need some advice I’m a first time mom and I feel like idk what I’m doing here 😭 I just want my baby to be happy
