Is this heat boils? Please help!

My 7 month old, has these for the last 3/4 days. Seems to be spreading. We tried the baby Merlin magic sleep suit for his sleep issues and applied tubby Todd to treat his eczema. Our bad we tried both for the first time together :( May be it’s due to body overheat??? but these rashes kind of started appearing since then. But on the good side his eczema seems to be getting a lot better. I have booked an appointment with his pediatrician but it’s not until next week.
