I’m currently mid- hypnobirthing audiobook, and I just finished the chapter on pushing and following your instinct and how to push properly. Most vlogs I’ve seen have the doctors and nurses counting and telling them when to push, Most vlogs I’ve seen they have gotten the epidural though, and the audiobook explained that the epidural will affect you feeling the urges. So I’m curious - for those of you that went natural, did the doctor lead your pushing? Or was it mother-led? Did you have to assert how you wanted to do things or did they just allow you to do your thing?
