My first ultrasound appointment went great!!!! Got the heart beat I was praying for 142 beats. Yay!!!! I'm so excited!!!!! Cant wait to tell the families on Thanksgiving. Thinking of something DRAMATIC!!!! First time MOM!!!! LOL 🤷🏾‍♀️
