I say whatever i think, depending on the situation. 
Maybe they won't like what exactly I say, but I'll be honest (unless I'm in a relationship and some other person sends me a dick, then I'll just be like "hey that's nice, but fuck off," or get pissed off and not respond.)
Usually something like "thats a nice dick" "you have a beautiful dick" "i want to put it in my mouth" "dang, thats nice!"  
Lol, whatever im feeling. Maybe I am terrible at sexting, tho! I don't really do that too much. The dick pics i get are usually not ones I wanted.
But tbh, I often do like how a dick looks. I love dicks. What can I say?
