Moms with autistic children
Is anyone here a mother of a child on the spectrum? My 5 year old has it and I am considering having the doctor give him medicine to calm him down a bit because he seriously hurts himself all the time with the hyper-ness. Plus he’s unable to focus etc etc. my question is... Is your child on any medication? I know everybody reacts differently to things, but how is he or she doing while taking the medication? Has the behavior gotten better or worse?
