Kids birthday party requires each kid to bring 2 bags of candy

So my 10y/o son got an invite to a birthday/Halloween party this weekend. In the invite it’s written that the requirements for coming are wearing a costume, and bringing TWO bags of candy. Two bags of candy per child?? So if there’s 10 kids they get 20 whole ass bags to share?? I’m pretty sure they’re trying to collect free candy so they don’t have to buy any for trick-or-treaters. I’m sending him with one small bag and if that’s not good enough he can stay home 🙄
