Eczema?

Is this eczema? It doesn't seem to bother him at all. I was thinking it was just baby acne but I'm not so sure. He is 5.5 weeks old and it won't go away fully.

My son has that all over his body. Same thing, it doesnt both him and they are just raised bumps nothing in them...I'm gonna ask at his doctor's appointment on 11/05. 
Ps my son also has that 3 pack of onsies!!! So cute. I saw they have family ones for Christmas...definitely making my husband where them. 1st ones with our baby. The adults say Mischief managed, the baby ones say "I solemnly swear im up to no good."

My babies face was similar and I kept thinking it was baby acne until I saw it on her shoulder one day. I went to the doctor the same day and got steroid cream for eczema and her face totally cleared In two days. I’ve stopped the steroid and I use baby aveeno for eczema bath/lotion and baby Aquaphor to keep her moisturized. If I miss doing it 2/3 times a day she dries out and gets bumps

My daughter had this! Use a warm wet wash cloth for a few min to open the pores on the affected area. Then I lather with Tubby Todd All-over-ointment (it’s expensive but so worth it!) Then twice a day I will use Mustela no-rinse water. Took less than 2 days to notice a difference and went away in a week or so. I use Tubby Todd after baths for even eczema on my 2year old. 
With my 2yo Had baby acne worse when she was a baby and hers ended up being a dairy/soy allergy that she outgrew after about 9 months.

Looks like baby acne. My baby's face was similar to that, but it has gotten A LOT better since I've put on organic coconut oil every night.
