would like to know your signs and when you got them

If you feel as though you could be having pregnancy symptoms, then you will be far enough along that you can take a pregnancy test. Get 2, take them both and compare the results. Go see a doctor and get a test done there as well.

When you have a shower, and it kinda hurts when the water hits your nipples. You'll know what I mean if you experience it.

If you pee more than you think you should be/usually do.

If you're constantly tired, and feel drained

And in my case; if you feel like you want to rip your partners head off for no reason at all hahaha.

if your boobs are sore or sensitive (that was my first) and feeling nauseous, like getting random winds of nauseousness and maybe even vomiting too. those were my first two signs!
