Could I be pregnant ?

I’ve been feeling a little off lately; fatigue, sore breast and a little nausea. My period is late by three days and the day I was suppose to start I had cramps like normal and only had very little blood that I only noticed when I used the bathroom and wiped, that was the only day that i had blood. My period has never been this late it usually starts at the same time.. could I be pregnant?
