urethrocele after vaginal birth?

Question

I'm curious if any ladies had their urethra fall farther into the vaginal opening after birth? And how long did it take to heal?
My GYN says it's not a prolapse, but just a lax muscle that will heal and lift over time and as hormones stabilize. 
I am 8 weeks postpartum and it hasn't gotten better.

Hi! I am 15 weeks pp and experiencing what you described, although it is a little less pronounced than at the start... Also doing kegels. Have things improved for you since? Did it go back to before?

Hi Lily,
I’m experiencing this same thing - I know it’s In a different place. My gyno says “oh no everything is fine” so I’m going to see someone else and do pelvic floor therapy. Has it gotten any better for you?
