My mother makes my son cry?!

Whenever my mom comes over to help my hubby while he works from home, he tells me our son cries most of the time and my mom doesn’t ever listen to our advice! She changes his diaper like every hour even when it’s not needed and tries to put him down for a nap before he’s tired and always claims he’s hungry... I keep telling her his “schedule” or he stays awake like 2.5-3 hours etc but she won’t listen. 
I just almost feel like she’s messing up his sleep patterns. My husband hardly gets work done bc he has to help her 😭 
Should I just not have her come help anymore?!

I would legit have her spend a day watching how you do things, and also write up a set schedule to have her read through. But I'm a schedule nazi 😂
If she isn't going to follow it I would find someone else to be honest. 
My MIL always takes FOREVER to change my son's diaper and he ends up peeing all over the place during. I tell her every time to make it quick or that happens. I don't see why she can't remember that since she had two sons 🙄 she also changes him ASAP when she hears him poop and I always tell her to wait at least 5 minutes because often he isn't done yet. Low and behold he's still going when she opens the diaper. Kills me lol.

I am so lucky my mom and my mil are both wonderful and carefully listen to us, but it still seems like they have never been mothers themselves. They can't remember anything but odd/useless things their kids used to do. 🤔🤷

I kind of feel the pain of not having them listen to everything, but not having the help really only hurts you and when you get flustered your not the best parent you can be either. So I mean beggers can't be choosers if it's free help that is still keeping your son healthy. 
You are more then welcome to always do it all yourself though if you don't really need the help.

That’s how my mother in-law was. She literally would change dry diapers. It was annoying. But granted we only had to deal with her for a week while visiting. I don’t really have advice but I understand the whole trying to do what they want attitude.
