Weird postpartum bleeding... Miscarriage?

I'm not really sure where to put this... So if it's in the wrong place I apologize.

We had our twins via c section on Aug 20, and I healed up really fast... So we were bad and didn't wait the 6 weeks... Like there was no way that was going to happen. I'm 9 weeks pospartum and having some serious bleeding issues. I started what seemed to be a normal period last Saturday, by Tuesday I was soaking through a super tampon and pad every hour and a half to two hours, and then it stopped Wednesday evening, but it started up full swing today.

The thing is that Monday I passed something small, fleshy, and firm so I suspect it could be a miscarriage. I could have concieved as early as 4.5 weeks ago. I am pretty sure I ovulated at some point, and I'm not breastfeeding.
