Need to take the pill at the exact same time?

Hey :) what is the time window to when you can take your pill. Like I usually take it at  night but do I need to be more specific and take it between 6-6:30 or??? Pls send help haha

You need to take it within the same one hour window everyday before protection starts to decrease.

So long as you take one every day you're protected, the only thing that would change if you took them at a dead set time ever day is your period - which would also come at a dead set time. If you take it sometimes in the morning and sometimes at night then you'll know the day of your period arrival but not the actual time. You'll be protected against pregnancy so long as you take one a day though
