Clomid and antibiotics

Hi everyone.

I've just finished my second round of Chlomid 100mg and have been feeling rough (just last the last round) but had pain in my side over the last 3 days.

After spending the morning in A&E I've found out I have a kidney infection and have been prescribed antibiotics.

Does anyone know if taking them will effect the chances of the clomid working? Still new to all this but worried as my Consultant said if this round doesn't work they will consider stopping it (even after only two attempts 😢)
