What does your lil babe sleep in?

I put mine in a one piece cotton sleeper plus his swaddle... but I’m always afraid he’ll get too hot. I know I’m probably being nuts, but should I layer him in something not so hot, or?

My baby just wears a sleeper. He doesn’t like being swaddled

That should be perfect. I’ve heard that baby should wear one more layer than what you wear. A onesie/sleeper and a swaddle is no different than sleeping in pajamas and having a blanket over you.

My room Is typically 70-72 degrees and mine sleeps in a onesie and a swaddled.

My daughter wears a diaper shirt and a sleeper. She doesn't like swaddles anymore. If they're too hot, I'd assume they'll be sweaty. I'll take off a layer if I feel her all sweaty

My baby just wears a onesie and a muslim blanket over him. He fights his swaddle most of the time and at 6 weeks i swear hes already a little heater. He gets so hot! Plus its hot here in caly and i cant put him in cute sleepers yet

My baby wears a little T-shirt, diaper and fleece swaddle. She seems nice and warm but not too hot.

I do the same - nurses at the hospital put my baby in 2 swaddles and a diaper. When I asked, one said babies run a bit cooler for awhile...so I’ve assumed that 2 layers is perfect. Also, I’ve been told that as long as they are not sweating from their backs, they are not too hot. Good luck momma 🥰
