I'm sure most of you have seen the custody case between a separated mother and father concerning their transitioning 7 year old child. This isn't about the transitioning as much as it's about parental rights. How do you feel about a court telling one parent they can or can't seek treatment for their child? If one parent agrees to chemo, life support, transitioning, therapy, medications ect and the other doesn't. How should a court proceed without over stepping rights?
