Is this an offensive Halloween costume?

I got sucked into going to a Halloween bar crawl tomorrow. I suck at coming up with costumes but I have my dads only marine camis that are from the 80s. So I was just thinking about throwing on the pants, hat and some boots and then wearing like a black crop top.
Do you think this be offensive? I know people have different opinions on military uniforms as costumes.

No, it’s not offensive. You’re not even gonna be dressed in the whole thing. It’s only offensive when people dress in the whole uniform and pretend like they’re actually enlisted to get benefits and stuff like that.

It’s Halloween. Pretending to have served is offensive. You can dress as anything you want. I was a Native American one year. No one cried about that and they shouldn’t.
