What's going on with my body? Pregnant? UTI?

Has anyone ever experienced this before? I'm making a doctor's appointment ASAP.

I don't even know how to explain this, i have a bunch of symptoms but nothing is adding up. This all started 3 days ago. First i feel like i have a cold but i don't have all the symptoms. I only have a scratchy throat, and my body feels hot on the inside but cold on the outside. And I'll get hot flashes on and off all day. I don't have any congestion or chest pressure. My head hurts but in an odd way, it feels like i have a head high and heavy feeling. I'm absolutely exhausted beyond anything I've felt before and I've been getting a full 8 hours sleep.

First i thought i had a UTI or BV because i have a lot of white specks in my urine, i had a pH and acidity test done and it all came back normal.

So i thought i had a cold but i don't have all the symptoms at all (and everything i listed goes off and on all day).

Thought i had a UTI but i don't have all the symptoms at all and test came back negative. And then i thought yeast infection but i don't have any of the symptoms. I just have bits of symptoms and none of it is adding up. I'm nauseous one minute and raging hungry the next. I have a shit ton of acne. And i feel like I'm chewing on coins and no matter how many times i brush or gargle it doesn't go away

BTW I'm 10dpo and 3 days till period but pregnancy test was negative.

It's annoying that i have some symptoms of like 4 different conditions yet nothing is adding up i feel like it's all random
