I totally forgot that in an hour we’re going to a friends and family potluck and I know absolutely nobody there. My husband does, and he’s okay with the whole letting people touch/hold baby. Like, if I voice my concerns, he will just tell me I’m overreacting.

I’m thinking of using the excuse, “it’s flu season and she hasn’t had her 4 month shots yet”

Does that sound like an okay way to tell my husband & other people that I don’t really want anyone to touch her?
