No sex in a looooong time

This is the first time I've ever written a post let alone about something so personal but here it goes...

My partner and I have been together for almost 7 years. When we first started dating things were a little rocky but I dont want to get into that. Anyways we've never had an amazing sex life. I would say I'm much more open sexually than he is. Hes a little shy and gets squeamish whenever I try to touch him or maybe indulge in foreplay.

We just had our son on 10/9. The last time we had sex was when we conceived our son back in January. He admits he has some issues with getting motivated sexually and has gone as far as ordering like the for hims stuff but never takes it or seems motivated to want to have sex ever.

I know he masturbates. I do too because OMG I get very sexually frustrated. I sometimes take it out on him.

At this point it's become our normal but it scares me to think this is my forever reality. I've had partners in the past with very healthy sexual appetites. I sometimes wish I didnt settle for this but in all other ways my partner is amazing. Hes an awesome new dad. He supports me and lives me so so good in so many ways....just no sex.

Anyone else have this issue?
