Baby acne?

Question

Little one getting these red bumps that looks like baby acne. Old ones disappears and new ones just kept budding. Seems to be getting worse in terms of the number of acne. Even seeing them on his ears and shoulders :( 
It doesn’t seem painful but wondering if there’s any way to ease his discomfort (if any)
I’m just cleaning his face with cool boiled water now

Dealing with the same thing. Everyone told me it was normal baby acne and there’s nothing you can do. But I was concerned and brought her to the pediatrician.. it was infected baby acne. They gave us an antibiotic cream and a steroid. This is her face Before/1.5 days after the medicine. I’m so glad I listened to my gut and went to the doctors for her.

I heard cleansing with boiled water from the root of bittergourd helps but I’ve yet to try. I’ll share if it works. *cross my fingers*

Just brought my little guy to the PD. Turns out it’s cradle cap + baby acne. Nothing much that I can do except applying moisturizer now for him

I heard eating chocolate can cause worse baby acne, idk how true that is.

Not much you can do. Breast milk on them can help clear it up. A lot of times it looks angry but isn't painful for them!
