Which diapers size are you using?

I needed to size up to 5 this week... am I the only one!?!?! By the way my LO is wearing 18 months clothes.

Size 3. Barely 16 lbs but we sized up due to constant poop explosions.  You go with what works for you.
My toddler wore size 5 when he was 2 and about 25 lbs.

Same, in 18 month clothes and weighs 22 pounds, but size 4 diapers fits him perfectly. Doesn't size 4 go from 22-37 pounds?! I couldn't imagine going to size 5 yet.

Size 3, but about to go up to 4. I think it rely depends on the brand. I find up & up is a bit more roomier than most.
