DCYF question.

Long story short. My daughters father & i got into an argument. I locked him out of our apartment & he made a scene outside. The police came. They left. No one was arrested. & the next day DCYF came. They said the case was open for 30 days & by the end of that I’ll know if it was “founded” or “unfounded” not sure if those are the exact words but it’s been a month and a few days. When do i know what the results are? They also haven’t been back to my house? I haven’t gotten anything in the mail. & haven’t heard anything..? When will i know? & what happens if god forbid it was founded for whatever reason then what happens? Does my baby get taken? ... over an argument..? I’m starting to get anxiety because i haven’t heard anything.
