Lip stuff 💋

Ive been having really awful lip sensitivities for the past year or so, I get awful eczema around and on them if it's cold or if I use practically any type of face wash which is really frustrating because of my acne prone skin. But I was wondering if any of you beautiful ladies had any advice or affordable product recommendations for dry flakey lips? Regular lip balm is normally my go to, but not in this case.
