Can Cradle Cap come back?

So my boy will be 2 in January. Tonight after his bath I could not find his brush which is a soft brush so I used his comb and as I was combing I noticed resistance. I look and all this gunk was coming up along with his hair! It looks like cradle cap but more oily....like I can not pull it out of his hair. Any advice? I feel so bad I never noticed but like I said I usually soft brush. This is only happening at thee top of his head.

Definitely use some type of cream or oil! His hair shouldn’t be coming out. I’ve had two have it as babies. With my son, I used a small amount of baby oil and let it sit on his head for 5 minutes and it combed right out! When we had our second, I learned conditioner works just as good. Good luck momma :) my now two year old still gets it sometimes

Get this shampoo!!!! It works wonders. My son had cradle cap for a while until I came across this and decided to test it out. Within a couple of weeks his cradle cap was completely gone. Both my kids had cradle cap as babies tho. Not sure if it’s normal to come back cuz it hasn’t happened to me. What really worked wonders was putting Vaseline on their head and let it sit for like an hour or so and then softly comb it out.( wash their head properly after) Works like a charm and it all comes right off in a week or so. I guess you could ask your Pediatrician.

My seven yr old still has it and my two year old. I find dentanox in the uk is good not sure if ur USA tho
