36 weeks 6 days 3cm dilated

So I went to the Dr Monday and i was 3 cm dilated and was exactly 36 weeks. Im confused of why i havent lost my mucus plug yet... Does anyone know? I would have stringy discharge EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE when i go to the bathroom but not all the time and it would be like clear and no pink at all... So idk whats going on. And also i have been doing everything i possibly can to go into labor since I'm dilated 3cm and nothing has worked at all. Ive done squats, yoga ball, pineapple, spicy food, and walk amd nothing is working 😭
