Help! SPD / pelvic pain
Hi ladies, I need your help! Are any of you suffering with pelvic pain during this pregnancy? I'm 18 weeks pregnant and have started to get a pain in my pubic area, vagina and hips, it's worse when I roll over in bed or do something similar. Do you have any tips?
