Should I delete the Snao message and send it through FB?

I have a mentor for my business and we talk a lot about gratitude. I feel a lot of gratitude towards my ex boyfriend while growing up, and have felt a strong urge to thank him for 2 years now. Sounds weird, but I wouldn’t be on the path I am now without him. He broke my heart, and that led me to more self hatred, but I saw the light and now have a successful self made career, self love, self respect, and a hobby. If he didn’t break up with me and didn’t tell me about all my friends that were using me, life would be so so different. Other day I wrote a message to him on Snap, he recently unadded me couple months ago, so it’s still pending and he’ll get it if he adds me back. I did all the hard work, but I truly am so so so grateful. Should I unsend the message and send it to him thru FB, or leave the Snap message. Almost like, if he skmeday adds me back and sees it, cool, if not oh well, at least I sent it
