Thoughts on taking herbalife while pregnant?

What is your intake on it? I need something to satisfy me in the mornings?

Id say if you just want to satisfy yourself in the morning, just make a normal smoothie--don't spend that extra money on Herbalife!  I freeze yogurt in ice cube trays. Then i put about 3 cubes in a baggie with about a cup of frozen fruit and save them all in the freezer. Easy to grab in the morning! Then just put it in the food processor with some milk to get the perfect consistency! Easy :)

It should be fine as long as your not using it as a meal replacement, like make it and eat something else also. I make them in the morning and I add a handful of spinach leaves and a range of fresh fruits and fresh ground flax seed. And then I'll have either hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, or a granola bar also.
