The shot

I had a sac like small think come out of me it look like a big blood clot..with a lot of blood I’ve been in birth control 2 weeks and I was spotting 4 days straight and this happened yesterday....today October 27th I’m barely bleeding....could it be a miscarriage? Or is it the birth control? I looked it up and it said something about a utherine lining
