Possibly Pregnant

So, I had a dream last night. My husband went to work and I went to the drs. They did an ultrasound bc I had severe stomach pain. Then we saw a baby on the ultrasound. Then all of a sudden I’m holding my precious baby girl! And y’all. She was gorgeous!! 😍😍 she looked like my husband but had my cute little nose.

Also, as you can see, I’m late. I’m just spotting.
