i have a feeling my cat is constipated because saturday morning she woke me up by meowing so much so i got up to check if she had food and she didn’t so i gave her some food but she didn’t eat it and she would run around the house meowing so i tried to put her in her litter but she would just get out and continue to meow and run around. i ended up feeding her a treat and gladly ate it and stopped meowing and running around after that. so i assumrd she just wanted attention but just a bit ago, she started to run around again but wouldn’t meow and it seemed like she needed to use the litter so i put her in again and she went but it was only one poop. and then she went to go eat after that. it wasn’t bean sized or anything but it was more fat and maybe a little under an inch long. she didn’t show any signs of straining. her poop was also wet looking so i’m not even sure. i have her eat freely and not on a schedule so she can decide when to eat. and she doesn’t eat too much or too little and i don’t think there is a decrease in the amount she eats so i’m not really sure.
