I’ve been struggling with a condition called telogen effluvium following sexual assault a about a year ago. It makes your hair fall out excessively; it’s been hard to deal with! It’s made my anxiety awful and everytime I looked in the mirror and felt handfuls fall out I grew more and more panicked resulting in daily panic attacks.

In the last month it appears to have halted and I have new hair growing in. I am over the moon! Treated myself to a hair cut this morning!
