If your period was a week earlier then I really think you ovulated much earlier than the app says. Glow just averages data over past months to predict your cycle. It would not have adjusted for your early period. I think you are probably pregnant :)  I would not rely on app now that your cycle has shifted.  I’d call doc and get a blood test

I don’t have any experience with this so I may be wrong, but sometimes ectopic pregnancies can get earlier positive tests since the egg implants in the tube before it gets to the uterus. 
I’ve also seen a super early dark positive and then the next day or two it turned negative and it was a chemical pregnancy.
Or you just ovulated early! How many dpo are you? That is more important than when your period is due.
