Should I get a visit in with pediatrician?
My son repeats himself ALOT. Even if we respond sometimes not most but sometimes he will continue to repeat. Or if I say like "please dont touch that's dangerous" he will repeat it back. Or if I say "baby you're too loud can you quiet please" he says "too loud" back to me a few times. He has a hard time sitting still(if hes cuddling with us, or watching tv)
he clinches his teeth and pinch when hes overly excited. Sometimes he looks to the side when people besides my husband and I talk to him. But will look in the eye when he is playing and the one to start conversation he always sticks his fingers in my drink and then licks his finger and laughs.he choose to play with older kids vs his age, Or he doesnt go up and play with the kid, the kid comes to him. he chews on his shirt. He still chews on all his toys and licks stuff. he will throw a fit when he doesnt want something on his plate, he has to take it off. Or if the dogs come up stairs and he doesmt want them up, or if his brother is sitting on his little couch. Times he wants to watch something or call daddy and I tell him we will i but need a minute but he doesnt understand he has a meltdown. He is obsessed with one show. he cant learn past number 10? And no matter how many times I do the alphabet (even just ABC he cant remember them) we have to get him to look at us In order to listen but even then he continues to do whatever. He is ALWAYS loud.
Again these can be totally normal 3 yr old boy stuff...but I am concerned alittle about our son and my husband doesnt see some things.
Anyone have any thoughts? Or have had their child do things like this and have something going on?
