Missed Pills

Hi, since I think it would be too early to take a pregnancy test, I figured I would ask you guys. I missed two pills in one pack of Tri-Linyah. I missed one in the first week which was on Tuesday. Then I missed one in the second week, on a Sunday. I had sex on Sunday, last week, Not yesterday. I was wondering if there was a chance I could get pregnant, and if I need to use a backup method.
