πŸ’―πŸ™Œ Postpartum Body Love πŸ’‹πŸ‘Œ

Michaela

Ladies, your bodies are amazing things.

New humans into the world they bring.

We stretch and make room

As life grows in our womb

Our breasts change in shape and in size

And produce milk before our very eyes

Our bellies bear the scars the process

And we often hate them we sometimes confess

But his eyes and his smile

Make my new body worthwhile

And while I don’t look the same as before

I love my new body...of this I am sure.

I held him for 9 months inside me

Then brought him earthside to see

That he was worth every ache and pain

And stretch mark and bodily strain

I look and my body and thank her

For all that we went through together

And look at my husband and son and then

Realize I’d do it all over again. ❣️🌿

Let’s love our bodies a little more β€οΈπŸ‘
