Yes, I got my first US at 5w 5d and there was only a gs and a ys. My sister had one at 4 weeks because she had horrible cramps and it looked just like yours.

Very. Many people might not even see that much then. You won’t see much until MAYBE 6 weeks

I am 5w2d today and I just had an ultrasound at the hospital this morning and all they seen was the gestational sac, yolk sac, and the fetal pole beginning to develop
