Insight please ladies?

Does a chart like this look like I ovulated? I started charting on day 10. The red dot at the end was my temp when I got my period yesterday.

I was told I have PCOS, so of course I fear I don’t ovulate. Women with PCOS can often get multiple strong LH surges and multiple days with “fertile” cervical mucus throughout the month and never actually ovulate, so OPKs and checking CM isn’t a reliable indicator you ovulated.

Wondering if it’s possible to get a chart like this and STILL not have ovulated?

Can any women out there provide any insight to that?
