VBAC?

Question

Has anyone had a vbac? What was your experience?  Were you told that you weren't able to have one?  And if so, why?

I had an emergency c-section 16 years ago with my first son then had a VBAC just 2 years later. Our little surprise followed 7 years after that and was born via VBAC! Both VBAC's went great and without any complications! I'm currently a surrogate and 31 weeks pregnant with my sisters twins and am planning for another VBAC! Although I'm a little nervous about this one for some reason😁 But it will be worth it as its so much better than recovering from a c-section...and of course the experience is amazing! Good luck to you and I hope you will be able to experience a complication free VBAC!!

I was told that because of the complications and emergency c-section I had with my last child that it might not be possible with this one. I'm happy to hear someone had a good experience with it. Thank you.

I have had 2 and working on my 3rd. It by far was the best experience I have had giving birth. I was tol with my 2nd VBac and they wouldn't do it. I told them I have had one already with no problems and I will have another. They are not fighting me with this one.

I've had one successful VBAC and one "failed" one. My second baby my water broke and I went Into labor immediately and they used pitocin to augment it. My third baby my water broke and I never went into labor and policies had changed and pitocin was no longer "safe" to use for a VBAC.
