So im not sure if this is allowed but its starting to bother me. A family member has a 6 month old-

its a question about his baby and im concerned.

Well Ive only seen the babe a handful of times, but ive seen THOUSANDS of photos cause mom posts one every 5 minutes (wish i was joking but she is a stay at home FTM). ANYWHO

its not my place or my business, but this 6 month old boy doesnt smile. He doesn't really giggle either. He just kind of blankly looks around. Im really concerned that they are missing something. He didnt cry much as an newborn and hardly does now. I just KNOW its not my place to say anything but, am I wrong to think this child might be autistic? I love him hes such a cutie. I feel bad thinking this way and wondered if I should say anything to mom & dad. I am pregnant with my first so I dont want to intrude considering I have no experience- but we all want the best for this child. I have held this babe several times and he seems to only cry when he has gas, i assume hes in pain from it. Never cries when wet- but that could be cause mama changes him a lot since shes always around.

Am i reading too much into it? should i leave their family alone???

(Back story, both the parents have disabilities- mother is autistic and had a lot of abuse as a child- father has seizures frequently, and has some learning disabilities)
