Looking for the best way to lose weight where it wont come back so fast I am looking to start trying to conceive and I wanna do so healthy so I have a healthy baby. I heard about portions and healthy food . I get food thru snap program so it don't leave much room for healthy foods to expensive was looking for ways around that that would help me. I weight about 398 right now but wanna lose 200 at least I know it will take time but would like a few ideas of what I could do . Any suggestions help feel free to comment . No judging here.
