Blood in urine but no UTI?

Yesterday afternoon I started to have irritation when I pee. Then last night I started to notice blood in my urine and am 100% positive I didn’t start my period. This morning I went and left a urine sample with my doctor, they called me and said it was negative for anything that would suggest UTI.

I stopped bleeding about a hour ago but it still stings when I pee and I need go to CONSTANTLY.

Last week I had a cervical biopsy, could that have anything to do with it? I’m also 3 mo PP and have had one period so far.

Waiting impatiently to hear back from the office, they said they sent my sample off to the lab.
