Can I use this breast milk?
I pumped my breast milk since we were going to be out and about today. I know it can be good at room temp for 4 hours.. about 3:45 minutes I put the unused milk into an ice cooler and 15 mins later put it in the fridge. Can I still use for my next feeding? Or should I just get rid of it?
